As a Twitter user, I am always looking for new ways to expand the coverage of my twit broadcasts; and of course, widen the global audience that receives that broadcast, and further propagate my content.

No Comments »This is an update to I Can’t Update WordPress!
After a very helpful response by commenter Jon from Moongrabber.com, I was finally able to update WordPress.
How did I do it?
As overlooked by my blasted stupidity, the built-in WordPress Updater was having conflicts with the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin, resulting to an upgrade failure. By deactivating the WordPress Automatic plugin during the built-in WordPress update process, the conflict was resolved, therefore allowing a smooth update.

WordPress 2.7.1 is available! Please update now.
As usual, I clicked the ‘Please update now‘ link (which I have removed from the one above), and then chose ‘Upgrade Automatically‘ on the next screen as some sort of reflex.
Surprisingly, a very unfamiliar error greeted me:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pclziputilpathreduction() (previously declared in /home/kixtrix/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/lib/pclzip.lib.php:5421) in /home/kixtrix/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 5498
Damn, right? Still feeling the throbbing pain of my head (after vigorously trying to pull my hairs out), I’m currently crawling the web for answers. Well let’s hope I find an answer quick. Until then.
By the way, the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin did not work — it keeps on telling me that I have the most recent version installed.

Two days ago, David Dsouza put up a challenge through my bio page. The challenge was pretty simple but tricky — he wanted me to review a startup monetizing site called Blogertize. I did a few researches and reviews on the site, and thought that it’s well worth a try and a topic.
